I think the fact that I did not know a single, solitary Saints fan until they won the Super Bowl makes it that much worse (and now I know several). I guarantee the people flaming the most are the card-carrying bandwagoners.

This ignorance has been the hardest part of becoming a UGA fan. There's more the to the University that Falcons fans. In fact, believe it or not, there's more to Georgia than your precious Atlanta as I've learned from my time here. As someone who grew up in New Orleans, I always had a hard time understanding so many Louisianians link LSU and the Saints. They're completely disconnected. I have met a ton Saints fans from Macon and Columbus and Savannah. I love my alma mater but Atlanta assholes like you have made this state hard to love.

Name me another comparison with equivalent per capita crime and fiscal issues(ooc) yet state and local representatives so midblowingly blatant in their thievery and disregard for its citizens

Every team has equal amount off bad fans or good fans. If you live in Atlanta and dont like the falcons then they seem like the worst. I live in Colorado and have heard people say Bronco fans are the worst ever. Try going to Dallas or Chicago or GB and compare, they all have jerks in their fan base.
By stereotypes I guess Northeast teams lile NY and Philly are the worst as they are, stereotypically grumpy rude people anyways. Thats where you hear stories of throwing batteries and booing santa claus.
Sportsfans, overall, are assholes.
My least favorite fans are Steeler fans. They remind me of Yankee fans. Almost all of the ones I know are not from Pittsburgh but they just chose the most successfull NFL franchise in the last 45 years to be a fan of. Bandwagon fans.
