Ok, after hearing the insight that came in, the official count for the purpose of this thread will be:
Ty Smith Flourney was dismissed from the team for a violation of team rules. (Being advised to leave the team is the same as dismissal.)
JHC is suspended for a violation of team rules.
So that brings the current official tally to 2 UGA players, both for a violation of team rules. (at this point in time.)

Don't forget about labor day weekend. That is the weekend of critical damage.

What about Zander Ogletree? I thought the total would be 3 for violation of team rules

He's already been kicked off. I'm really glad you caught that, thank you.
So the official count is 3 (in this point in time), all for violations of team rules. (1 dismissed, 1 suspended and 1 encouraged to transfer)

J/k, some police officer arrested Atkins for driving on a permit an not a license. Sure, why not, a real thug POS.
Richy says there won't be a suspension until he regains control of Athen traffic court.

Whats up with the uga OL? is he off the team?
Posted on 6/20/13 at 7:23 am to Mr.Sinister
I haven't seen anything official from the school, so I don't know if it's true, the first time I read anything about it was a few moments ago on the SECr. This might just be a rumor.

Add another one....place-kicker Marshall Taylor Morgan, arrested for boating under the influence. Morgan is 19 yrs old:

Morgan, from Coral Springs, Fla., appeared in all 14 games for the Bulldogs last season as a true freshman, making eight of 14 field goal attempts and 63 of 67 extra-points. He was set to enter the upcoming season as the team’s starting placekicker.

I think you'll be right, but the University has yet to suspend him.
Same thing for that OL named Austin Long.
We'll see what happens.
For those keeping score:
The official count is 3 (in this point in time), all for violations of team rules. (1 dismissed, 1 suspended and 1 encouraged to transfer.)
There are 2 we are waiting to confirm the suspensions (Long and Marshall.)

Long (the OL) hasn't been accused of any crimes, his shite is academic.
Morgan, the kicker, if his transgression is treated the same as DUI, will be 2 games, 1st offense.
Even if the admin parses definitions to get around the DUI part, he is still a strike-one underage drinker, which gets you 1 game, per Richt.
UGA fans have decided it might just be better that way, no relying on field goals or extra points, just be the better team and it won't matter. That's the best possible spin to put on it, and you can't blame us.
The guy was caught by a damn HELICOPTER.
He is the first college athlete to ever be busted by helicopter. It's ridiculous.

Maybe I'm confused.
Who was dismissed? 3rd string TE Flournoy-Smith was the kid with the book scam, encouraged to transfer. Then our nickelback was suspended for 1 game for admitting to smoking pot, even though he was never busted. Then a starting OL has rumors of bad grades, and has officially been bumped down to second string. No suspension. Then kicker gets a BUI. No suspension yet, but will probably get at least one game.
Who has been dismissed?

Medical, can't play football anymore. Not a suspension, not a transfer, not an arrest.
Keep stretching....
We have 1 "encouraged to transfer" off the team, a 3rd string TE.
We have 1 "I admitted to smoking weed even though I didn't get busted" who is suspended for 1 game.
We have 1 "I admitted to drinking at the lake even though no sobriety test was given" who will have a minimum 1 game suspension.
That's all you've got.

Read back through the thread. I assume since you were too lazy to do it the first time it's
Zander Ogletree
Harvey-Clemons
Flourney-Smith
Kicker for BUI
Stop bitching about what counts and just accept the fact that your team is filled with tpos

Zander Ogletree Medical Dismisal
Harvey-Clemons Legit 1 game suspension for weed
Flourney-Smith Encouraged to transfer, variety of reasons, legit to count as "sus"
Kicker for BUI Legit to count, but BUI is not tpos, if anyone on my team got busted for something, I'm glad it's BUI, and yes you can chalk it up to a sus even though nothing has been officially handed down
