Doesn't matter if they like it or not. It's the truth.

I do know Kentucky and Mizzou probably put basketball before anything else, but most definitely before baseball.

this whole damn board is LSU obsessed.

But to get back to the OP, the LSU fanbase obviously cares more about baseball right now. We had a dynasty in the 90s, lead the nation in attendance every year, and have arguably the best stadium in the nation.

I have confidence that JJ will get the PMAC filled to capacity within the few next years. The future looks bright for us in hoops.

Who says we can't support both? Why you mad?

Btw 6 national titles since 1990 in baseball, why would we not care about that?

For any school that has even a semi-relevant basketball program, college basketball > college baseball.

College baseball is also popular in the South because there was a lack of MLB presence for a long time.

Yes, you would definitely get some argument about that one, although The New Box is sweet, it's not even the best stadium in the conference. It is the biggest I suppose, or is that MSU's place when they fill the outfield?

I'm biased but I would probably have to put the New Box at #2, although Arkie's Baum is special too and could be #2.

We've definitely got good fan support and some palaces for baseball stadiums around the SEC. I don't really think there is a bad park in the conference, at least not out of the original 12 before the last expansion.

Whichever one is better.

If I had to choose, I'd say basketball, because when they are good, more fans follow them. When baseball is good, a percentage of fans follow them, and the park is filled up, but you don't get the same turnout as you would for a good basketball team.
