and i'm going to be feeling like hell tomorrow.

today my trainer had me do a series of 25 squats, 50 sit ups, 25 squats, 40 sit ups, then 30 squats for just 1 series. I'm getting my money's worth.

Weighed in at 260.4lbs. I did well during the day but ate a lot at dinner and had some chips and dip during the game. Didn't get home until 7:30, my son had baseball practice. So no workout last night.

Oh well, back at it today.

today i'm going walking for a mile. I overate yesterday but I kept to about 2700 calories which is about 100 under what I need to maintain my weight. I guess I might as well do this whole fitness thread deal since i post on here all the time anyways.

oh i'm 6' 6'1ish 205lbs 23 not in the best shape but I maintain a fairly active lifestyle outside of my office job. I used to way as much as 265 a few years ago and i've dropped down to 205 as of last year. Going back on the diet plan i'd like to get down to about 180lbs at some point.

I was doing really well yesterday, and crusing into dinner with a plan. It was a friend's birthday dinner, and I thought she wanted sushi. Sashimi and edamame - piece of cake.

Turns out she wanted hibachi...hello fat, calories and sodium!

My dumbbells got delivered yesterday and I was totally going to work out but then it was the national championship and I drank beer instead.

I did get kind of a workout from putting together the dumbbell stand...

If you're anything like most men, it took you forever and you swore you had pieces missing.

I did my usual "work out" but I ate like shite and drank a bit.

last time I dieted I lost 30lbs eating crappy food working out and drinking a lot. Trick was to eat very little and find activities to do while I drink. Playing pool offsets 1 drink an hour, dancing burns a couple.

moral of my story I guess was party hard enough and you'll work off your drinks pretty easily. Probably not the best dieting advice but it works. and isn't a hard diet to maintain.

It took me about five minutes once I gave up on the shitty wrench they included in the box and dug my toolbox out of the closet. I actually ended up with "extra" pieces... forgot to put a warsher on one of the screws.

edit: I admit I fiddled with that shitty wrench for 20 minutes before I said "frick it" and opened the closet that was 5 feet away to get my toolbox

Traps, legs, and abs done for the day, and it cost me birthday sex - so she says.

Are you doing another round of Insanity?

Maybe I'm just out of shape but month 1 was plenty hard enough. 2 rounds of Insanity and each time month 2 makes me just hate life. So fricking hard.

Not really. I'm really just doing the month one workouts, and not really following the workout calendar.

Much easier for me to get up in the morning for a 40 minute workout as opposed to a 60 minute workout. I like those extra 20 minutes of sleep!

I'm sore as frick from Monday's beat down. Add that into this down pour...

Today we will focus more on my core hopefully b/c my legs are fricking shot from Monday.
