They probably would be playing in the NC right now.
Shirt if blowing an early game I think theere is no one ther who would have beat them.

I think that's a fairly accurate assessment Samuel.

Hyperbole.
We are not in the Big 12, nor do we want to be in the Big 12. The Big 12 is for losers.
We'll take 3rd place in the SEC West. It says more than playing for the 20012-13 NCAA Championship. We are not happy about 3rd but everyone better watch out. We are on a mission.
This is a 100 year deal, not just a few moments of fame.
Some of you still don't get it.

In other news, Johnny will be headed to Miami. Probably gonna take in some award ceremonies, court side heat game, demolish some South Beach wimmins, etc, etc.

I doubt it. Kansas St would probaby beaten them on the road to a really tough schedule

A&M probably would've lost to Baylor or someone with an offense.

I think we might have lost 1... Big12 isn't as weak as many think. Good teams slip up, and we really were one of the teams that got better every week.
I think it is only normal for a team with all new schemes to improve over time. If we keep our two stud tackles, I think we might be as good next year.

How many more times is this thread going to be recreated?
Also, Bama and ND would both have been undefeated had we stayed in the B12.. With no B12 championship game. ND vs Bama still in NCG.

People must have really short memories. Nobody has been playing better than Texas A&M over the last two months but they weren't anywhere near as good during the early part of the season. They lost to Florida, had to come back from a ten-point 4th quarter deficit to beat Ole Miss, gave up 57 points to Louisiana Tech and lost to LSU before going on a roll to close out the season. A&M probably would have lost to a team like Baylor or Kansas State if they had played those teams early in the season. Also, who knows how they would have dealt with the pressure of keeping an undefeated season going? We all saw how Oregon and Kansas State fared late in the season when all the pressure was on them to keep winning. Texas A&M played loose as hell when they beat Bama because they had nothing to lose. If a national championship game berth was on the line, would they play as well? It's hard to say.

If TAMU would've stayed in the BIG 12 they probably would've lost a few 62-60 type shootouts.
