People just don't understand how bad this team was this year. I wanted to believe more than anyone that it was vanilla play during the first half of our schedule. But it quickly became apparent that it was team mentality. This is quite possibly the biggest bunch of quitters we have fielded in a long time. Andd every bit of that falls on Mullen.

I want to see DP15 out there. He is the right QB for the type of system we run.

I don't know if they showed it on TV or not but after TR17's 3rd pick he went straight to the locker room and it looked as if Dak was coming in. We got the ball back near the goal line and Dak came in. First play, false start. Dak comes out, Tyler comes in. Running play to Perkins (I believe) then Dak comes in. Next play with Dak in... false start. Do you think that is a coincidence or are you smart enough to see what the cause of the false starts were? This was the reason CDM stuck with TR17 the rest of the game.

Are you insane put Mullen winning percentage up against last two coaches first 4 seasons???
My god it was Russell first whole season to have job and they went 8-5 yeah season ended sour but could be worse could be 3-9 like ole piss has been like 6 out of last 8 years. Russell also broke every passing record school had. Give me Russell any day over Madkin, Omar Connor, Etc Rob Morgan .
Mullen is now 29-22 in four seasons 3-1 against THSUN 2-1 in 3 bowls. Yeah he hasnt came close to beating Bama or LSU but who has been beating those 2 regularly. Mullen has beat everyone in East except So Carolina.
Give me last year any day and MSU has so much more talent that Sherill or Croom ever had combined. Its a process doesnt happen overnight its easy go bad to 6 wins but to get over next hump is tough part.
