Few Ole Miss fans on here do the same.

We're just answering the question posed in the OP, which if you'll notice most of the SEC Rant agrees with us. Your trip to Atlanta aside, Ole Miss has more upside and potential than State.

But, based on the last few years I'd definitely say MSU is more likely.

How so? Y'all haven't contended for shite in the past few years?

Oh yeah, the Egg Bowl...

True.

We'll see.

How will TSUNs pre- race war NC victories help you achieve this?

How will winning the SEC west with eight wins in the 1990's and a trio of egg bowl wins over some of the worst Ole Miss teams in the history of our program do the same?

You do realize that your arguments are fricking terrible, right?

MSU has been much more successful RECENTLY

Define "successful" and define "recent" please, because this is such an open-ended statement that it could literally apply to either of our teams.

You're talking about ONE Alumni??

Yeah, that's a good comparison.

OM is better known nationally, for other reasons unfortunately..

I'm not so sure what's so unfortunate about the Blind Side, Meat Market, the Mannings, the Grove, etc.

You can point to the notoriety of the incidents surrounding integration of higher education in the deep South all you'd like, but to act as if Ole Miss isn't known for positive or otherwise neutral things then surely you're a biased dolt.

I'm just making a point that as far as segregation goes nobody can point to anybody else and blame them for anything.

With regards to race relations, anybody in the South (or, really, anywhere) generalizing anybody else is nothing but throwing stones in glass houses. It's foolish.

In the last 3 years OM has what? 12 wins?
State has 25.

Are we going back 3 years only because that is when State had a couple winning seasons....with only one being a decent year?

Why 3 years?

Okay, so you have defined "success" as "wins" and "recent" as "the past three years."

Thanks for clarifying.

But let's say that I define "success" as postseason appearances and "recent" as "the past ten years," because then I can say "well Ole Miss has been to five bowls in the past 10 years while state has only been to four, so we've had more recent success."

It's a dumb thing to say Hardy because it can be manipulated to mean anything.

He needs to learn his Latin too. Shame on you for not correcting him (of course, for you to be able to correct him, you'd need to know your Latin, which you don't, because you're a poor).

Well if that is what the thread is about (it isn't, by the way - it's about the general potential of the programs), then we clearly have the advantage because we beat your asses head to head, moron.
