We did a great job at spacing out the big games. This is a big deal.

Dangerous 4 week stretch:

at Georgia, at Miss. State, Florida, at Ole Miss

At least the toughest of the 4 is at home.

Agree.

Georgia and Ole Miss should be offensive battles. Miss. State and Florida games will be ugly defensive battles.

Florida has the best D, for sure. Georgia will have a great offense, Miss. State will be scrappy and led by a senior Tyler Russell, and Ole Miss will obviously be gunning for us with their new found high-octane offense.

Injuries and the expulsion of Tyrann Mathieu had a big effect on this season.

We need to go undefeated in the West and hope for a split againt Florida and Georgia.

Unfortunately, every SEC game counts towards your divisional record.

State would be the trap game for LSU considering who we play before and after those dawgs.

Rebs will be tough too, third road trip in four games.

With as much as UGa loses off their D, no way LSU drops that game.

At most, LSU loses 2. My prediction? 11-1.

I think Bama has more potential to drop 2+ than LSU, personally.

But if we go undefeated in the west and split against UF and UGA, we'll have 1 loss, as will each other each other team (at least) in our division - meaning we would still get the SECCG nod in the event of a tiebreaker.

We'd just maybe kinda want bama to play someone besides UK, mizzou or UT

Keep whining and maybe you'll get your wish.

Who cares about the 2013 season? January 7th is all that matters.

why even ask? bama is gonna make it to the NC again, so why question other teams' success?

You never disappoint. You and every other Bama fan who signed up after the start of last year's off-season are nothing but trolling cocksuckers. The same goes for the A&M fans. I'd be willing to sacrifice myself for Ice Cold to ban all 2012 members just so this board can be readable.

I think LSU is going to suffer quite a bit on D, but their O is going to be much better.

So I've got them in the hunt at 10-2 although they are losing some trouble makers on D that could, conceivably, make them better over there next season. Hard to tell.

They might lose one they are not supposed to lose in 2013 or I would have them at 11-1.

I still believe Bama will be the team to beat out of the West in 2013.

IMHO 2013 is going to be the toughest year in the entire SEC, top to bottom, in its history. I've been saying it since about midway through the 2011 season.
