Facts are facts.

I always try to help their fundraising efforts by donating to the generous people ringing the bells in front of Walgreens.

It's only like a 9hr drive to Jacksonville. It's not as far as State fans are making it out to be.

A John Deere can't get you to Florida in 9 hours.

I hope you know your limits as well, then.

No, I'll sit my happy arse on my couch or chair and watch the Dogs in a New Years Day Bowl for the 2nd time in 3 years.

Oh yeah, we'll we're in a NYD bowl PLUS FOUR BECAUSE IT'S JANUARY 5TH!

And the Gator Bowl isn't a "New Years Day Bowl." Yes, it literally happens on NYD, but it didn't start being on NYD until like 15 years ago or so. The "New Years Day Bowls" are Sugar, Cotton, Rose, Orange, etc.

And literally nobody thinks your Gator Bowl berth is impressive.

Compass Bowl officials are loving every bit of life right now. But yeah, I'm sure Ole Miss would have taken just as much to Nashville.

At the very least. We would have more I'd bet. They're not going to make shite off Vandy. Wish we were up there for a bowl game.

Those BBVD Compass Bowl tickets were going pretty cheap on StubHub too. Most State people are going to pay the extra money to sit in good seats....

If y'all had gone this year you would be saying Gator Bowl is one, maybe two years, from being invited into the BCS and there would be 8 threads about how Saban called Freeze and gave him pointers about the kind of footwear to have on for the grass on the field.

It's their first Egg Bowl win in about 100 years and their first bowl game since the Klan moved their headquarters. Can ya blame them for getting excited, even though they can't even sell out their own stadium?

I've been saying for a while that it is no different than the Independence Bowl.

As far as OM fans go, having 20,000+ at the Who gives a frick Bowl in Birmingham should be required after y'all dried up at your Home games last year at VHS...
