How many off the O-line are coming back? Not flaming, seriously only know the order restorer and fluker are probably gone. Who else?

You think McCarron is coming back? I'm not trying to be a smartass, but I have no idea who his backup is. Has he even played?
FWIW, I'll be very happy if we keep any of our 3 projected first rounders. But also happy to see them make millions if they decide to go. On defense I think we'll be in not as good but decent shape if we lose Moore with the monster recruiting class coming in. OL's are tougher to replace.

His backup is Blake Sims. He plays somewhat similar to JFF but no where near JFF's level. Most of his skillset plays are under Zone Read Option.

So 2 returning starters on the o-line?

Who do you expect to be strong contributors from this 2013 class instantly next season as true fresh on the defensive side of the ball?

Womack and Jones are the only seniors, Fluker might leave as a junior but IDK

Interesting topic.
I think SEC teams get the benefit of the doubt because of their tough conference schedules which Bama won't have next year. You couple that with 2 FCS schools and a marque OOC matchup with Virginia Tech and I think the SEC blowback will be too much for Bama to overcome if there are 2 or 3 other indefeated teams from major conferences left.

I have much better idea.,...lets assume UF is undefeated.

I don't see how Alabama could be left out

No. Bama probably won't be left out in the cold if they go undefeated.
With Bama going undefeated in 2013 it would mean they got past the powerhouse LSU that had the likes of UAB, Kent State and Furman on it. Essentially, beating a powerhouse like this that has such a difficult schedule would show the voters exactly how dominate Alabama is.
Plus, the voters are easily swayed by the dollar and smile of well endowed hooker - sponsored by the REC.
Essentially, LSU should join the Big12, it's the only way they'll ever get to another CG.
Is that troll enough for you?

As it has been said, Bama will play 1 FCS team.
Georgia State moves to the Sun Belt next year.
When was the last year we had more than 2 undefeated teams from major conferences?
2009 and 2010 TCU was undefeated, but in the MWC at the time. 2009 Cincinnati was undefeated, but in Big East.
Having three or four one-loss teams is more likely to happen than three or four undefeated teams. And it is impossible to speculate what one loss team would jump the other, because you don't know who is everyone's loss.

What if Arkansas goes undefeated? Will CBB's better half pose nekked in Playboy? That's what I really want to know.

Alabama got in over a BCS conference champion (same record) in 2011...after being 2nd out of 6 in their own fricking division.
No way they get left out in this scenario.

I would change favorite teams in a hot minute if that happened

and hell, one would assume that Alabama getting in despite not winning their division would mean that they played a gauntlet, but it was a softer schedule that year then it was this year. They lost at home to 1 of the 2 good teams they played for frick's sake.
Last year showed just how powerful a name can be. They will never be left out if they're even remotely in the conversation.
