They're too scared to play a quality OOC opponent like Baylor. Our defensive coordinator put it best after destroying K-State, saying that at this point we could take down the might Bama.
Someone lose a sock?

Just gotta remember that there is no such thing as an easy SEC schedule.
Yes there is and Bama has it. After next year Bama will have played 1 game, in 3 years, against the top 3 teams in the east.
LSU will have played 5 games, in 3 years , against the top 3 teams in the east.
In 2011 , before the bowl games, Bama ha eaten 3 teams , WITH A WINNING RECORD. That is clearly an easy schedule. Your schedule next year is a joke. You have one game against a team that comes close to Bama's talent and the game is in BDS. You have 2 games that would be considered tough. LSU and A&M.

Don't be so sure. We ran roughshod over #1 K-State who has a Heisman finalist. We have the number 1 offense in the country, while your "We're better than an NFL team" hype got exposed against a mediocre aggy team.
You're an idiot. That mediocre A&M team would've easily won the Big 12 this year.

SEC respect/hate/reputation makes it that all you have to do is win the conference and you're in the Nat'l Title game.
Nope. Winning your division on the field , doesn't mean you're the best team. Winning the SEC is meaningless when talking about the BCSCG. You can finish third in the SEC , win one game and be the best team in the country. Winning your division and your conf means nothing anymore and with the start of the playoff , next year , divisional and conf titles will mean even less.

Why do Gumps keep bringing up LSU's OOC cupcakes? The diff is LSU actually plays a tough SEC schedule, while Bama does not. After 2013 Bama will have played UF once, UGA none, and USC none , while LSU will have played UF three times , USC once, an UGA once.
Although Bama usually has at least one good OOC team on their schedule. Also it's not Bama's fault that Tenn is down. If Tenn wasn't shitty, no one would be mentioning Bama's schedule. That's not their fault. Also , Bama doesn't make the schedule and regardless what the tin foil hat LSU fans think, there isn't a Bama bias in scheduling. In fact , when the permanent opp was created, Bama was at a disadvantage having to play UT every year.

USC rotated off year before last and Florida rotated off last yr. gA is back on in 2014 I think and Florida will follow soon after. LSU loses SC next yr and will be playing a largely depleted iexperience wise gA team next yr or does SC stay On your schedule?

Assuming we win in Jan...looks like we could three-pete!

Probably because the OP is an LSU fan bitching about Bama adding Colorado State. Did you even think about that one?

bama's '09 regular season schedule included all of four games against teams ranked at time of game. By the end of the season only three remained ranked. VT was the only one still in Top 10 at the #10 spot.
LSU's '09 schedule was very similar. End of season ranking showed tigers had three opponents still in the polls with two in Top 5. UGA was ranked at time of game but, fell out of the rankings as the season progressed.
bama's 10 regular season schedule did feature seven ranked opponents but, so did LSU's. At end of season both had played four games against teams still ranked, each with two VS top 10 teams.
Since saban has been at bama I don't think there has been any one season where the tide had a much more difficult schedule than LSU.
In the last six seasons it looks like on at least three occassions the tigers have had a more difficult schedule than the tide, '08, '11 and '12. Maybe even the '07 LSU schedule would be considered more strenous than bama's.

In the last six seasons (since saban returned to SEC) LSU has beaten three conference champions during the regular season. Can bama match that???

There was no rotation last year. 2012 and 2013 are bridge schedules and have absolutely nothing to do with rotation. The SEC home office created the schedules for these two years. That's why LSU fans are pissed. If it was rotation then it would just be the luck of the draw, but it's not. The SEC office created theses schedules for 2012& 2013. That's why LSU fans are upset. LSU gets USC &UF in 2012 , while Bama gets tenn& Mizz. In 2013 LSU gets UGA and UF , while Bama gets Kentucky and Tenn. if Bama fans can't admit it's even a little messed up, they aren't being honest. I admitted in 2010 that Bama got screwed with the bye weeks, so I don't understand why Bama fans can't admit that it At least seems messed up.
If the SEC home office was in New Orleans and the head of scheduling was a LSU alum, the Bama fans would be just as vocal. Anytime ,that any slight happens to Bama , they are vocal as hell. Just look at the Corey Webster non pass interf. call. Bama fans griped about that for 5 years. Yet LSU fans are called whiners when we bring up PP's int.

To be fair TCU is crap as well and so is WV. I would say Michigan is equal to WV at the very least. SC, GA and Fla all rotate onto the schedule how good they are is not anything Bama can help. Florida has been bad for years until this year. Let's not act like they have been a challenge and making LSU's schedule difficult. They put a good defense together this yr but their offense is still one demensional but we will see how Driskel progresses next year. That said our confr. Schedules were nearly identical last year. Next years schedule is the only one that quite frankly even Bama fans don't care for.
