In those years, if the perm apponent is in the division you are paired with then you will play a team in the other 2 brackets that have the same situation. NC State last won the ACC in 1979. They have a small stadium, fan base, mediocre academics, and their BoR is controlled by UNC. Why exactly do you think they will ever be mildly competitive in the SEC?
