Bye bye CMR. Thanks for almost getting us there. Yet again.

However, this isn't VT and it's DEFINITELY not the ACC. Get to steppin'. Go do "God's work".

I won't argue who is a better coach, but Saban didn't exactly blow my skirt up with this performance. They ran the ball down our throats. That was talent, not coaching. They have depth and we don't. Their front was dominant and their RBs are beasts.

We actually went outside the box with the fake punt. In the end, it came down to their defense making the plays they needed to make to win. Saban can enjoy his ride on the backs of his talented players, but I didn't see a game of genius tonight.

A lot of truth in this post.

Richt really was not outcoached.

Of course he didn't blow your skirt up. He had less talent. We should have and did dominate the score board for the most part. They ran it down our throats and we never responded. PERIOD! It was fricking SIMPLE yet we didn't adjust. GARBAGE!

GTFO Richt. Go do Gods work. He is waiting.

I guess Saban should be fired for his brain fart at the end of the second half.

Agree and this is what too many of our fans fail to recognize: we simply aren't as talented in the trenches as most of the ranked teams that beat us. Richt does a great job of recruiting skill players which boost our class ratings but we are lacking quality depth on the OL and DL which is the foudation of any great team. So yes, it's ultimately up to Richt but to me the problem is not really the coaching of the players we have but insufficient recruiting of talent we are missing in the trenches. I would guess that the best DC in the NFL could not have coached our defense to stop Bama's running game simply because we were out manned. At some level it boils down to can your brutes matchup with their brutes and clearly our brutes were owned tonight.

How would you adjust to their front line and RBs without ignoring the pass completely?

I wouldn't be heart broken if they fire him but you're fool of tard tonight. Saying he got out coached. I missed the part where Saban out coached him.

He didn't. We simply got owned in the trenches especially on defense. I actually thought our OL played pretty well all things considered. The net effect was Bama as able to run the ball when they needed to and we couldn't.

Point is we dominated the Tide, yet came up short. YET AGAIN. It is what it is, fellas. We will NEVER grab a crystal football under CMR. We have WAY too much talent to settle for being considered the VT of the SEC.
