Go to Mardi GRAS in Nawlins or BR and you will see coon asses doing things 1000 times worse than tea bagging. This level of outrage by LSU fans is hilarious.

If you had passed out and I decided to rub my nuts on your face, that's perfectly fine? What if it were your son or daughter?

This has nothing to do with which team you support. It's a common decency issue, and it's justifiably against the law.

Bull shite. I have witnessed dudes getting busted for whipping their dongs out on Bourbon St and guys and girls getting busted for pissing down side streets in Nola.

You should try these things there and see what happens. Make sure to keep your butthole tight afterwards.

It's not spelled Nawlins nor is it pronounced that way. Go drink a cup of Bourbon St party gravy and go to bed.

Moral of the story: don't get filmed doing stupid-arse pranks. If they go viral, you'll be prosecuted and become a high-profile example. If it were a chick rubbing her bare tits on a passed out dude's head nothing would have ever come of this. Why hasn't any of the posters on here gotten upset about he teabaggy's public drunkeness?

This motherfricker is right for once.

Louisiana's ridiculous sex crime laws + Butthurt over national title game = Two years for what amounts to a locker room prank.

Is the guy an idiot? Sure. Immature? Absolutely. But there are hundreds of thousands of people who were charged with things far more heinous who never spent a day in jail.

This is stupid. Shows how butt hurt Louisiana as a state is. This guy is a loser no doubt, but 2 years? Dumb.

No, but I wouldnt want or expect you to go to jail for it. Give the guy probation, community service and allow him to live with the public shame, then move on.

I'd have no problem standing up in court and arguing against jail time if someone had done that to me, ESPECIALLY if I had been a drunken passed out minor when it happened.

Well, we can now add A&M fans to the list of Gumps and arkys who think men on men sexual assault in a public establishment is ok. This aggie point of view doesn't really surprise me for some reason...

Simple fact is when you make dumb decisions then you must pay for them, harsh penalty or not.

Your faux outrage is wasted on me. I'm a 12 year member of a Mardi Gras Krewe. I have never been there when I have not seen a man or woman not flash beaver or Johnson for a set of "nice" beads. Hell, I saw a guy screwing a girl from behind on a balcony across from the Royal Sonesta. Either you have never been to Mardi Gras or you are just still mad that LSU lost the NC. If you are still in denial about the level of debauchery in Nawlins, then I suggest you be anywhere near the quarter during Southern Decadence" week. The only problem you have is this was not consensual, which is a valid point, but in full context it was nothing more than a Louisiana handshake.

Who said it was ok? Everyone is calling him an idiot and a loser who deserves ridicule. The only argument being made is that he shouldnt go to jail.

And again, calling this "sexual assault" is remarkably misleading. The guy is not a sexual predator and frankly calling him as much is a disservice to those who are effected by real predators.

What the frick?

I've been to Mardi Gras ONCE and saw the following:

Public sex

A beer bottle broken over a guys head

Numerous people walking around in their underwear

A streaker

Dudes whipping their dongs out for beads

And only in the case of the beer bottle did a cop s much as blink, and it was to grab the guy by the arm and tell him to go home.

So you see men flashing their "Johnson" to get beads? I honestly don't believe you due to the fact that 99% of the krewes are all males and they definitely will not reward a dude like this with beads. I have been to more Mardi Gras' than I can count and have never seen this and the times I have seen a dude whip out his junk he has been handled.

You think this only happens in Nola? This happens everywhere man.

I was watching a Toronto Blue Jays game years ago and there is a hotel attached to the stadium and you can see into the hotel rooms in center field. There was a dude plowing his gf/wife up against the window live in tv.

Everyone knows to stay away during southern decadence so I obviously haven't experienced it nor have I wanted to. You obviously have experienced it since you can speak of the debauchery that goes on and how the police handle it. I wouldn't freely admit that if I was you my friend.

The "with photo" part of the thread title made me a little hesitant to click on this thread...

Anyways, I think 2 years is a little much, but what he did was completely wrong and he deserves the public humiliation and a high fine. And to the self-proclaimed teabaggers, do y'all seriously do that to complete strangers?

Teabagger will will be asshurt now at OPP

Honestly if an LSU fan was caught on film in Nola or any other city doing the same thing then I would expect him to pay the price for his dumb actions. If I was dumb enough to do this, which would never happen, then I would expect to pay the price for my dumb actions from the law.

If you have not seen guys whip out heir junk for beads on bourbon street or in the parade crowds then you have either never been to Mardi Gras or you are lying and in full denial.

Our Krewe is in BR and it's half women on the float. The women on the float make Popsicle penis' and make a show out of deepthroating them. Showing beaver or Johnson is no big deal as you seem to think. Cops in BR and NOLA turn a blind eye and join in as long as no one is getting hurt.

I got stuck in traffic in the quarter with my wife and a couple from Atlanta while the Southern Decadence parade rolled by. We couldn't go forward or back up so just killed the engine and at all the shite going on.

I lived in Louisiana for 10 years. Mardi Gras is crazy, but goes to extremes in the quarter and Spanish Town.
