It's well known that New Orleans is very lenient on most laws involving drinking but they will bust your arse for pissing on the street and definitely for whipping out your balls on rubbing them on another dudes neck in a public place.

Note to GUMPS: don't pull out your ball sac in public. Especially do not sit it on nearby folks who may appear to be sleeping. It could get you in trouble.

This is going to upset a lot of folks who thought it was routine victory procedure back home

except we didn't throw the book at him. we cut him a pretty good deal considering he is serving about 1/5th or so of the time he could be and doesn't have to register as a sex offender. If i was d.a the book would have been thrown

again, case happens in any other state the sentence is probably a few months AT MOST, probably probation. the only people that don't see this are LSU fans because they are biased based on the situation.

Or we could be like people from Arkansas and act like rubbing your genitals on face of an unconscious drunk is standard procedure and it was the drunk's fault for being passed out.

Lousiana (specifically NOLA) is hypocritical, they market themselves as a party city, makes millions off drinking and debauchery yet when an Alabama football fan pulls a sophomoric prank at the expense of a fan of the home state football team then by God lets throw the book at him.

Wow you just don't get it. Regardless if the city makes money of you or not it doesn't give you the right to act like a douche in public. There has to e consequences for your actions especially when the teabagger is a grown arse man and not a juvenile.

bullshite, he did something stupid in public. I really dont understand why people feel bad for a fricking dumbass. I have been drunk plenty of times and I have never once thought it was a good idea to pull my dick out and go face fricking passed out people, even ones that weren't passed out in public.

I guess that's the real divide here. Some people see it as a sophomoric prank. Others see it as sexual assault.

In my eyes and the eyes of the law, a grown man rubbing his genitals on an unsuspecting teenager is sexual assault.

anyone with a lick of common sense knows its sexual assault when its a stranger.

I could buy the prank shite if its in private and a person you know but in a public place with a stranger its sexual assault. Who really thinks its a good idea to pull a prank like that on a stranger besides bama fans

Still assault.

Kicking your best friend in the nuts as a joke is still assault.

Stealing your friend's car as a joke is still theft.

At what lengths will Arky fans stop sticking up for Bama? They get rolled every year by Bama yet stick up for them and talk shite for them and an unsuspecting dude gets sexually assaulted in a public place yet Arky still sticks up for a grown arse man who should know better. You exhibit as much class as your former coach.

well yea by law it still is but at that point those are all pranks. you dont usually prank strangers and friends aren't likely to call the cops and press charges against you for those things listed if they know its a prank.

I dont know why these threads about the bama fan keep coming up over and over.

Sure. Make stuff up. Or is this due to your exhaustive research of the nation's various sexual assault laws? If you rub your 30 year old genitals on another person without their consent it is a felony everywhere. The fact that your retarded frat buddies did that if you passed out is not a defense to what the rest of the normal world thinks and codifies in the state laws.

The message they are sending is that while it is encouraged to have a good time in Nola you still can't act like a sex offender.

Try whipping your nuts out even during Mardi Gras and see how quick the cops are on your arse.

Nola is far from perfect but you still have to control dumb tourists regardless if they are from Alabama or Ohio or New York.
