Patterson will run off a lot of our mentally weak entitled players like Florence and McNeal. I think Therezie could find a home at the "star" position, the hybrid DB/LB. Too bad we do not have anyone else to fill the other roles in the back 7.
What I love about Patterson is that he covets leaders on D. Look at how many of his DBs were HS QBs. He wants intelligent player. While Chizik recruited guys like McNeal and Frost who are mentally retarded.

Holsey played significant snaps this year and looked great at times. He could be a solid DB in the future.

RS freshman and as horrible as we were the fact that he didn't see the field that much should say something. Although with our coaching staff that may not mean as much.
