Your an idiot if we can recruit the best kids we have a better shot at a NC than playing in a conference that wants us to fail. By now playing in a conference that wants all its school to succeed we are better off by far.

Like Geno Smith? Can anyone really do any better than he did the first 5 games? He still ended up with 37 TD- 5 INT and 70% completions.

Wouldn't have mattered what we did in the Big XII...we would still be in Texas' shadow. Period. Relationship is toxic and completely negative for A&M.

So who is giving you these recruits btw? As far as i can see plenty of schools still pluck players right out of your back yard, and not just any players, the "best" players. LSU takes Houston guys yearly, Texas does as well with several top players for 2014 already committed.
A&M has even had to come into Louisiana to recruit the players LSU doesn't offer.

Y'alls secondary might be bad, but it is nothing compared to WVA's. That Baylor-WVA game was a disgrace to defenses everywhere.

Even though you still have yet to play in any BCS game since 1998, and that coincidentally was also the last season A&M had 10 wins.
Chances are A&M won't even get to play in a BCS ever again before the playoff system starts.
I think you as a delusional aggy fan have far less credibility, because you really have no legitimate facts to prove your program's worthiness as you somehow think it is.

Do they not get the fact they we understand we will probably never get ever great Texas kid to play at A&M but just by being in the SEC we will get more of them than in the past and if we continue to be competitive even more maybe that's just my opinion

But the teams these better recruits are being pursued by are not programs who are losing, LSU competes with A&M all the time with recruits and as far as I can tell they have beat A&M 2 times in a row with a 3rd on the way, and they just won the SEC Championship and played in the MNCG. Just because A&M is more competitive doesn't mean other teams automatically get worse and the recruits just instantly change. It takes building plenty of relationships that are groomed over years and years, not just winning games alone.
