LSU is getting screwed by UT's mediocrity. Alabama basically gets an auto win every season while we have to play UF. So my question is, how many years do you think it will take for Tennessee to be competitive with Alabama?

TN will likely go 14-0 next year.

I stress "likely", I do admit that 13-1 is a remote possibility.

As high as Todd Berry can take them.

So ask this question again in three years.

roster is in decent shape. signed 35+ 4* in 3 years. talent and depth is there. experience is there. Dooley has done all the heavy-lifting since 2010 when UT had a depleted roster.

cfb is cyclical and UT will be back. I thought ND was done for good but it looks like they'll be playing for the national championship soon. Tennessee will be back too.

He has the hip to show for it.

Needed more time.

Tennessee will suffer.

Not a Tenn Fan but I even know they'll be back. Too good of a program, history, etc to be bad.

That's still better than UT's future. A cure for AIDS will come before we win an sec championship.

I know I'm going to get flamed by some of you Vols fans but I have to ask. Tennessee is going to have their fourth coach in 6 years. Any regrets about firing Fulmer? He won a national championship and his record for his last 3 years coaching was:

2006 9-4
2007 10-4
2008 5-7
