That's what I've heard will happen. That said a lot of hands in the cookie jar so there is no telling what happens and who is hired.

If he was told he wasn't going to be back then why would he be recuiting in the first place? Chiz doesn't seem like the type to tell Bold Face Lies. Heck Au just got a committ from some JUCO RB a fe weeks back. Either Chiz is cluesless or he's been told he will get another year to fix the mess of 2012. It's not like Au is going to get a "Home Run / Big Name" experienced Coach to quit their current job to come clean up Au. Especially afther they fire a coach who has won a BCSCG within the past 3 years.

Auburn has earmarked 21 Million to replace the existing staff.
i'll not be blindsided, but i just can't see paying that kind of cash to give a coach 2 years removed from a national championship his walking papers with a 7 millie check.
i may be wrong on this one.
