No, I don't have a link. Way too early for the internet to have heard about it. Citing a friend of Cracker's so...

Interesting. Inside scoop by Crackolina fans was that he was a good coach but not so good at the gladhanding and politicing with admin, boosters, etc.
I guess we'll see if thats true...

I acquired a fascination for them when they basically told Petrino to take a hike after his 100th interview that year.

I read an article with the AD of UT who said that they had around $2.5 million in their athletic hedge fund. UGA has around $70 million and they just split it to get better return. Dooley's buyout is between $2.5-$3.5 and they are hurting financially. The AD said they were trying to get funds from boosters to put in the savings fund. I think they are stuck with Dooley for a little while longer. Bitches are about broke!

Yet their uninformed "fans" are screaming to throw $10 mil at Gruden, etc. UT fans are, generally, not very bright (to be nice).

I read that they'll owe Sunseri $750,000 & Chaney $500,000 if they are let go too. That's another $1,250,000....

Rumor is that UT's big booster has offered to donate as much as it takes to buy Dooley out.
