But you could stomach watching Bama knowing that we should have beat them? The team that stole our night with 51 seconds left in the game in perhaps the most exciting game start to finish in TS history...

Does not compute.

Not this year. A&M is a few years away from being a real threat to win the west. However, they are a fun offense to watch.

Depends on how much we took out of Bama and how much gas they have left in the tank. If Bama comes out flat and JFF plays inspired, they have a chance.

Don't worry about recruiting. LSU is getting plenty of Texas talent.

You'd better hope not. That wouldn't bode well for your Ducks in any potential matchup.

I'm pretty sure Saban already knew. He's been destroying spread teams with mobile QB's for a few years now.

Yes if Alabama doesn't tear J.Footballs head off. We exposed their secondary and if they have to play up to watch out for J.Football running, he will light up the secondary. I'm taking the points and feel good about it.

Oregon has a much better offense and defense than A&M

Sure, if they played 10 games I would think the Aggies would win at least 1 out of the 10. What it boils down to is Bama simply has better players especially on defense which is the foundation of SEC play.

A&M has played FAR better defenses than Oregon and has equal stats. A&M is also much better run/pass balanced than Oregon.

Both have decent defenses but not great. Last week against USC was the first team Oregon played with a pulse and USC isn't that great either.

As to the OP, of course A&M can win but Bama should win. It will take a near perfect game by A&M and probably a few Bama miscues for the Ags to have a shot. Odds are though the spread on the game is about right with a double digit win by Bama.

Normally you'd be right but this year I would have been pulling for LSU if y'all had gotten by Bama. It would have been pretty cool to see the LSU players get a little redemtion for the way last season ended.

I think you hit the nail on the head. Bama has got to be tired, battered and bruised from that game in Tiger Stadium last week. The last thing I want to see is a shootout. Bama's got to put them away early

CrimsonCoast prediction scale.

1) Can't win
2) Can win
3) Should win
4) Will win

From an Alabama perspective, I'd give this game a 2.8. Almost to the should win status, but being that A&M has a pretty good QB and Alabama is coming off of a physical, emotional game with LSU, I'm not as comfortable as I would be if we had a little more time to prepare.

Anybody can beat Bama, but no one will.

They are too strong and deep and consistent.
