Trying to come up with a list. What did I leave out?
1) Shitty attempt at a hand-off by AJ while in the redzone about to score while up.
2) Cyrus Jones muffed punt. (Was UA up at that point?)
3) Stuffed fake field goal. (Who was up then?)
4) Stuffed 4th down Warecat attempt. (Who was up then?)
5) Failed on-side attempt. (Who was up then?)
TIA.

LSU missed 54 yard FG, followed by quick Bama score.

Anyway you slice it, Miles cost LSU the game.... the terrible 4th down sneak(when he needed a full yard)... questionable fake FG.... questionable long FG attempt late...
I won't fault him for the OSK... it should've worked.
Bottom line is LSU played well enough in all phases of the game to win, and the coach's decisions were the difference.

I have one. Thanks for your concern though.

had we punted instead of attempted a kick that our kicker has never made i think saban just goes in up 7-3 getting the ball.
but no les miles decided to make a lil nicky call from last year but instead of just shitting around with good field position saban attacked and made us pay.

personal foul on copeland, LSU was at the 12 or so I think was just so big

This was as soon as we scored the 1st touchdown to get within 4 of bama (14-10)
Stadium was rocking. ZERO reason to try a fricking onside kick there. Lost all the momentum and gave bama the ball in great field position. Fortunately for us, they fumbled a few plays later.

Think bama was up 7-3. Copeland returned the favor on the next play with his dumbass PF penalty after Hill's run to the bama 15. Cost us at least 3 points.

on the 4th down call we should have kept mett on the field and ran hill or let him throw it.
if miles really wanted to run the ware cat ford needed to be on the field and we pitch it to him. If we had down that ford walks into the endzone

Copeland's long run was huge.

I am going to go with screen pass to Yeldon in the 4th Quarter. LSU was leading and then they weren't.
83,000 fans went from deafening noise to silence. Opposite effect for the other 10,000 in the stadium.

the what if game is tricky. what if alabama had 44 rushing attempt instead of 22, what would the game have been like? probably no 3 and outs in the 2nd half, instead of 4. lacy and yeldon with 150 each? i bet the coverage would have loosened up a bit.

Ford was on the field. And it was WIDE OPEN. Ford could do cart wheel into the endzone it was so damn open on the left side.
It hurt when I saw that on the replay.

Honestly this is more baffling than anything LSU did. LSU's were all singular moments you can point to. Bama went away from their bread and butter, and what was working in the first half.
It was shocking.

Don't make me relive that horror

Agreed. Lacy and Yeldon were have great success on almost every run. Run until they stop it and then play action pass. This has been Alabama's MO all season, but they abandoned it a little. It looked like Alabama wanted to go with the BCSCG philosophy of pass first, run second (which was great because LSU was not prepared for that after the 1st meeting last year), but LSU was prepared for that this time (and AJ just wasn't on like he was in the BCSCG).

I think saban got a little caught up in his new o and the game plan from the nc game working again that he kept trying to force the pass instead of going with the run.

This. fricking this. My wife even asked me why we were throwing it so much and she doesn't know a football from a antelope.
