Mett will have to have a few explosive plays st least. Or the team does a bunch of trick plays that are successful like 2010.

Can't line up and beat them, run trick plays. I know I know we do it too.

If LSU can't get anything going in the passing game, it will be a long night. They have to make Alabama respect the pass so they can run, so if he continues doing what he is doing, it will be rough. He needs to step up basically.

can you expand on this?

what trick plays?

eat: he will have to connect a couple deep passes and not throw pics. He doesnt have to win it himself though.

Pretty much. We don't even need a stellar performance out of Mett, just good enough to keep Bama in coverage.

The playcalling was much better against A&M, it's just hard to get a passing game going when you miss open WRs.

It took a big game from Jordan Jefferson for LSU to win, when Jefferson didn't show up they lost.

Now he is gone, LSU may never beat Bama again.

Where has the skinny post been. Saw it early but not lately. We need some thing over the middle or down the seams to keep bama DBS from jumping the 5-8 yard out route. Slants are getting way too predictable

No turnovers. average +6yds per pass attempt. +50% completions. The running game and defense can win if the passing game doesn't put us in long 3rd downs and turnovers.

False. A good game by JJ was when he out rushed your entire team WITH ONE CARRY, like 2011. Your team , program and next coach will be shite. Like always boy. You'll never sit at the grown ups table. No amount of 3rd places in the west will put you there. DWI

A couple of 15+ yard completions early is what he'll need in order to the keep the defense thinking. This is the only way we can line it up and run it. Have to keep 'em honest though and that will not happen if he can't complete some deepish routes.

No surprise, coming from one of the most butthurt fans on this board.

Enjoy track and field because Arky will never be a contender in football.
