What happened to AL and LSU 2012 and 2013 schedules ?

Honest question....Al was originally scheduled to play GA on the initial pre-expansion schedule. That game was scrapped....OK, I can maybe understand that. But, HOW on earth is GA not on the 2013 AL schedule and somehow shows up on the LSU schedule ??????? What the heck is going on at the SEC office ?????
Can anyone explain/justify HOW this and future schedules pan out ? Sorry, just seems ther is some element of bias involved here. OR, am I seeing black helicopters over Birmingham.

Probably just a matter of time before some team only gets 3 home games so the league can juggle and make sure Tennessee and Alabama get to play one another.
