Favorite SEC ref

If we took a poll for most hated SEC ref I'm sure we would get lots of votes for Tom Ritter, so who is your favorite ref? My vote goes for Hubert Owens simply for this play at South Carolina vs LSU in 2008. I have liked him ever since.

Tom Ritter and Penn Wagers definitely. I like all the SEC crews though.

Ritter is the only one I know. 
Also, I think he is considered the SEC A team and refs most bigger games.

I actually like Ritter the most...I think he and his crew call a pretty damn good game.

All teams get calls at some point. Humans aren't perfect. Mistakes are made.

He is at a ton of LSU games. The only one I would notice if I walked by in the street.

Yup, I dont hate any of the refs after the game. I might not like a call, but tuff shite, suck it up and move on

Nope, I can understand missing a call on the field when the play is moving fast. But on replay with slo mo? Surely you're not arguing that the interception was close enough that a non biased person could make that mistake are you?

He made the wrong call. Do I think he purposely made the wrong call to spite LSU and help Alabama? Absolutely not.
