No meltdown.

Like it was believable when a 5* committed 2 years before graduating and said his recruiting is done. I called BS on that when he said it.

Andy Dodd needs to call Daub and let him know where he doesn't wanna spend his college years.

Posted in recruiting board but thought I'd post it here. Pretty much just softening his commitment

Daub still an LSU commitment
quote:

"My commitment is pretty solid," Daub said. "At first I closed all doors to every other college. Lately I've been thinking and talking with my family that maybe I shouldn't close all of my doors in case something happens like a coaching change or something like that. So recently I opened my doors back to other colleges."

I don't think he is going to switch anytime if he does. Maybe after this season but right now it looks like is going to stick with LSU.

Too early to worry about a commit sticking from 14 class.

Right, that would be uncharacteristic of the lsu fanbase. Flips to florida = upset. Flips to alabama = fire les miles

Meltdown over a guy that doesn't sign for two years, is a top ten recruit that suddenly committed on his visit over the summer, and will spend plenty of time with LSU recruits when he plays with the La Bootleggers team in 7on7 tournaments?

Why should we?

you shouldn't, but it's the nature of your fanbase. Losing a recruit to evil bammer would cause a melt. You know it, i know it, we all know it. Knowing and admitting are different animals though. You read the tiger rant, there isn't a team out there that your fanbase hates more than alabama..no one close really.

I only dream of the day when I can be part of a fan-base as reasonable as Alabama's
