You being an LSU fan disappoints me in this statement.

FR Tebow accounted for every single TD scored against the mighty bayou bengals in 2006.

I know that.

Our offense lost that game moreso than UF won it.

Outside of the jump pass, Tebow was throwing knuckleballs out there.

And Tebow was only playing to spell Leak. . .the real starter.

They would have beat us with Leak. . .and probably alot worse.

But. . .good thing you reminded me, because I didn't know this game of football existed before about 7 seconds ago.

Ok? You also lost to UT. Are there 3 teams claiming a title that year?

The worst thing about a UK fan shitting on your football team. . .is that all rebuttal shite talk is pointless.

What are you going to tell him? That his football team sucks?

So? He knows that, and doesn't care.

I really hate to break this to you, but nobody associates Kentucky with good football.

People pretty much anticipate Kentucky's ceiling for any given year being a year like 2007, and they still lost five games that year.

No one associates Auburn with good basketball but you still cheer for your team? It doesn't matter what other people think about your program. Its a matter of going out and taking what you want. Kentucky can beat anyone in the SEC. That has been proven.

It's fun when they deny the suckitude though. Actually, that's a blast.

We were 10-1 and beat Oklahoma. We won the National Championship.

If Oklahoma won the AP and Coaches poll, it's kind of hard to make that claim when you and Tennessee are splitting polls that are pretty irrelevant.

It's kind of like the Arkansas/Alabama argument for 1964. There was a system in place, and that system has Oklahoma as the champs.

What makes you think your team is much better we played teams from the SEC much closer than you did last year.

When you lose to Clemson 38-24, Arkansas 38-14, LSU 45-10, Georgia 45-7, and Alabama 42-14 you don't have much room to talk. at you for trying to bash a Kentucky fan.

There's nothing on the CFDW about UK winning a national title either.

Under Bryant the Wildcats won the 1947 Great Lakes Bowl, lost the 1950 Orange Bowl, won the 1951 Sugar Bowl and the 1952 Cotton Bowl Classic. In final AP polls, the Wildcats were ranked #11 in 1949, #7 in 1950, #15 in 1951, #20 in 1952 and #16 in 1953. The final 1950 poll was taken prior to the bowl games; Kentucky then defeated undefeated and #1 ranked Oklahoma in the Sugar Bowl, ending the Sooners 31 game winning streak. The NCAA recognized Kentucky as their 1950 co-national champion in football after commissioning Jeff Sagarin to apply his rankings to seasons before the advent of the Bowl Coalition.

If the NCAA recognizes it then its legit.

Still had a better SEC record, playing in the harder division.

Also, not gonna lie, the knowledge that we had a crystal football from the previous year and that our team was full of freshmen and sophomores helped ease that pain.

You're going to have an exceptionally hard time convincing anyone that Oklahoma wasn't the national champions of 1950 because the only two polls with merit in 1950 both claim them as the champions.

UF had a total of 288 yds that game on 60 plays. Tebow was in on 11 of those plays that resulted in 71 yds gained. 3 of those 11 plays resulted in TDs.

Tebow averaged 6.5 yd/play.
Leak averaged 5.2 yd/play.
Harvin was in on 1 play.
Wynn didn't play.
Moore averaged 3.6 yd/rush.

I think it has been said, but D-line is critical to any defense. We were talented, but inexperienced on the line and it hurt us late in many games. Fortunately, Florida and USCe could not take advantage of that. A talented offensive team (Alabama, Clemson, Arkie, etc.) could and did exploit that. Home field for Clemson, they had thy game circled, they had some surprises for us, our youth. Still I have to agree that I have felt that the Clemson game was the one game last year that we lost, but SHOULD have won.

If by fail you mean making a very reasonable prediction about Auburn's possible losses this coming season then yes I guess so. All I can bases my predictions off of are the on the field abortion that was your team last year. Sorry if you think I am so far off base.

He is already 60. Depends if he wants to coach into his 70's or not. In all honesty, I hope he does not. I would rather see him retire on a high note and leave the program in great shape than squeeze the life out of the program like Bowden and Paterno and leave a mess behind.

Saban will never EVER become like Paterno or Bowden. The man is a machine. He'll continue coaching for years and years with the same results. The only thing that can stop him is catastrophic breakdown.

An evil, soulless machine.
