Bump to add Jalen Banks 3* 5.7 #37 S according to Rivals and DeAndre Woods (former Miss St commit) 3* 5.7 top 50 WR. One replaces Dominic Walker who decommitted and will probably end up at Nebraska and Sean Spencer DT who looks to end up at Army or Navy, his family has history with the service academies.
Only 2-3 spots left and class is current top 15 nationally top remaining targets look to be Leon McQuay, Corn Elder, Jordan Wilkins (who VU has a great shot to flip with Auburns struggles), Thomas Oser, Delando Crooks, Tevin Montgomery and a few other may take a grey shirt or two as well.

Tommy Openshaw just committed for the 2013 class. There isn't much on him anywhere; he doesn't have a Rivals rating. He is rated the #1 college kicking prospect from the past couple years by Kicking.com. Take that for what it's worth, but he has an extremely encouraging highlight reel.

Really great pickup especially as a greyshirt which it sounds like Tommy has accepted. Happy to have him and Cooke on board for the future.

How do you guys feel about the Foreman commit. Think we might have found a steal in that kid really good film although his competition isn't the greatest in the world.

3 star safety Trevor Walker has placed Vandy at the top of his list, saying

Mike Tyler has de-committed, and Stanford has accepted his new commitment. That's unfortunate. He was built a lot like Walker May, albeit a tad slower.

Big decision tomorrow. Dodson will be announcing either his continued commitment to Ole Miss or a switch to Vandy. Both hats are on the table, and he'll be early enrolling, which would be great for us (keep spots open for McQuay and others). He'd be a great power RB replacement for losing Zac, and this would be an incredible pickup for our recruiting staff.

Bump to add OL Delando Crooks and edit the rest of the list somewhat. Love the Crooks pickup he is the type of OL that could develop into a draft pick, tons of athleticism and potential in that frame.

Add 5.7 3* #43 OT prospect Sean Dowling to the commit list. Will be an EE, really nice week for Herb Hand with Dowling and Crooks coming aboard.

I'm glad to see he is enrolling early. I was wondering if we would be picking up more linemen this year. We need depth and size, and Franklin looks to be pursuing just that. 247 still has a low recruiting ranking for us. Why are they such an outlier?
