All of these transfers makes me angry more than happy honestly. Just shows he doesnt know how to recruit IMO.

I see he had 2 double/doubles against FGCU last year. We might have quite the accomplished scout team next year

Yea and they all might be transferring again if Grant doesnt cut it. Im just saying how do we have the room. The instate class is loaded next year. Are we taking spots away from them?

I mean he was freshman of the year and would be a true center. I'm not against it.

So im guessing we wont be taking a big man for a couple classes then. I mean we have Swede, Jacobs, Hale, Taylor, one transfer, and now another transfer. I really want the W. Lee kid. I like us getting talent I just want us to be able to bring in some from high school. I love transfers though dont get me wrong. Wish we could bring in one who could score from the outside though.

with how bad our big men are this seems totally fine to me. Taylor's apparently a ways away from being anything more than a defender so I'd love to get a couple good big men with a lot of eligibility left, to come in and help out. Honestly with Grant's track record of recruiting poorly when it comes to bigs I'm more than fine with getting a couple of guys who have already shown they can play (even if its smaller leagues, lets face it our big men would have sucked in any conference this past year).

I think you guys are missing the point. So thats 6 bigs possibly. So thats 12 scholarship players on the roster next year. How many scholarship players can we have 13? If so im cool with it with Swede and Releford being seniors we should have 3 scholarships available. Oh shite i totally miscounted. Forgot about the dude from Tulane. So we would have 13 on the roster and 2 scholarships available. I honestly hope they come in and make Jacobs transfer after this year. Thats just me though.

I really want William Lee too, but I'll take a 6'10 285 lbs Monstar. Especially one thats getting about 8 boards in 24 minutes a game. That's impressive regardless of the school. That translates to 10 every 30 minutes played.

Saw a interview with him where he said he has been playing basketball since he was a lil kid so im guessing that he knows the game. Lets hope Grant can close this one out.

Pettway the new assistant coach. I think Grant just wants to do things his way. Crazy that he doesnt believe we need to make changes.

Pettway better have some damn good ideas to get this offense going. Anyone know what kind of tempo he ran at Jacksonville State?

Yeah Pettway wasn't added on to bring any new ideas. He'll help recruiting the South. It was a questionable move when Grant demoted Pettway to director of operations and promoted Pujol after his first year here. I wish Pujol would get demoted and we'd bring in new blood.
