what about @ Troy on Sept 15th? I would be a better opportunity to see State win until they visit Oxford.

no, but i assumed it had to be a very special place for a SEC team to schedule an away game to.

Either would be a good stop. If I was an outsider I would probably go to LSU, but BDS is a great stop also. Whichever one is a better weekend for ya. Or whichever one you can get more friends to go to.
I know if you book NOW you may be able to get a hotel within walking distance, but Im not sure. Alot of people are starting to book up the new BR casino/resort L’Auberge for gamedays. Should be pretty awesome. Looks to be just a shitshow place to party after games.

Make plans to stay at the tuscaloosa game. Make the LSU game a day trip and stay in B town. Problem solved.

Bama won't be that good this year so MSU has a chance to win this one. You should be there for that.

Iyoy want the better gameday tailgate experience/in the game experience I would go to LSU.
If you want the better place to go out after the game, I would choose Bama

most boneheaded coaching I've seen in a long time happened on that goal line series.
Somehow I doubt this with Les Miles at the helm.

When I went to Bama every bar was like $20 cover and so crowded we just went home.
LSU should have some decent spots to go after the game. Walkons has been throwing some pretty huge parties and thats within walking distance.

Your coach has shite on the end of more games than just about anyone in the country. He doesn't get the attention because of where MSU finishes. The call to run the ball on what ended up being the last play against Auburn last year was as bad a call as has ever been made.
If MSU starts contending for the SEC West, Mullen is going to get a lot of scrutiny for his game management if he doesn't work on it.
Les Miles is probably the worst in the conference (though he was much better the last two years). Mullen is a closer than you would think second. Dooley is unranked because I don't want his mom bothering me, and UT is generally not close enough to be in meaningful end game situations.

Our LSU game has been early in the season in the past 10 years so Tiger Stadium with some cool weather should be interesting but so would BD in late October. I plan on staying as well so I'm wondering which would be easier to get a hotel room as well.
Both games would be great.......chances of MSU winning either is slim.
Go with the night game (assuming one won't be)

Gotta go downtown next time, cuz. The strip is gay (as I'm sure that's the area you were in). I wouldn't mind if Harvey Updyke paid that area a little visit...

As long as you are driving back from BR
I really would love to go to both.
