They say they don't like the tv contract due to 1st 2nd and 3rd deferments.
Are they bluffing to get the SEC to toss them an invite?

I believe the ACC teams all resigned to have huge buyouts or something that makes it a lot harder to leave the conference. They are not leaving

FSU would be the only one we'd take from the existing footprint. It's a national brand.

I always thought it was UF that would fight them tooth and nail to keep FSU out.
I don't get it however.
Why would UF care? You'd think that UF would want FSU to get obliterated in this league, then be softened up by the time they play at the end of the year.
I don't see the negatives of FSU joining from a UF perspective.
They already recruit the same state, so no problem there.
FSU plays in a pathetic football conference, but plays UF anyway.
I don't get it.

Just like USC nixed Clemson they dont want to compete in state with another SEC team. yes they might be in the same state already recruiting against each other, but they use the SEC as a means to garner recruits
