McCarron has quality wins,Bray doesn't and has a better WR core, not hard for someone with functioning brain cells to figure out..

Bray is easily the most overated qb in the country. I've never understood the hype

obviously, never watched then. He's been making NFL caliber throws since his very first start. He's extremely accurate and can launch the ball down field.

Only thing he has to prove is his maturity level. Physically he's exactly what an NFL franchise is looking for.

if he gains weight yes. Needs to get his head on straight. Alot like Mallett to me.

edit: except he moves better in the pocket and doesn't have the stats.

He threw for like 1900 yards and didn't even complete 60% of his passes. He hasn't beaten anyone worth mentioning.

Tyler Bray came back during the Vanderbilt week and led the Vols to an upset win (which is abnormal considering Vanderbilt is Tennessee's little brother and the doormat of the Southeastern Conference) against the Commodores.

this has nothing to do with Bray and everything to do with the fact that outside of him and our WR corp, we've been the least talented and youngest team in the SEC the past two years.

I could see it the way QBs are over valued in the draft now. Just look at Tannehill. Bray would have to stay healthy and bulk up before he's considered one of those guys though.

so just because McCarron plays on a better team, he's better than Bray?

Least talented may be a stretch. we'll probably be ahead of Ole Miss, Kentucky, and Vandy.

He is gonna read his own headlines, go full tard, and UT falls apart in a fashion that makes even faithful vol haters like me feel sorry for you.

What has Bray even done at UT?

What exactly has McCarron done at Alabama, besides rely on the defense, running game, and sit behind that great offensive line? I've said this before and I'll say it again, there are about 7-8 SEC quarterbacks that could've won a National Championship at quarterback for Alabama.

Oh, you think so?

Well, anyone with half a brain will tell you that a "better" WR core" doesn't win games. McCarron had the better OLINE, running game, and defense. That's what wins game, and that's what won games last year. Anyone with functioning brain cells would be able to tell you that Tyler Bray could ride a running game and defense to a National Championship just like McCarron did.
