Did I miss something or is that list missing Milliner, Mosley, and Reid?

Every game I have seen Landry Jones play in he has thrown a gazillion interceptions. I don't understand what makes him so impressive.

yeah he was 6th DE on the SR list. I agree he should be higher.

added MLB's including Mosley.
Reid wasn't rated high enough. Teammate Xavier Rhodes is more talented.
