Southern Cal is overrated and Florida shouldn't even sniff the Top 25.

Do you think Urban will be running that conference in 3 years?

My Ohio State comment is not grounded in the Meyer hire, there were very young last season forcing to start Freshmen because of Tatto-Gate.

Although Michigan fans will claim they did not want them, the kids OSU snagged from Penn State in the Sandusky aftermath are pretty bad arse.

This would be the definition of a daunting task.

no doubt. Kinda glad those are all on the road though bc we dont have a snowball's chance in any of the four. Of our 4 home games though,( Vandy, aTm, Auburn, and State) maybe we can work some magic and win 2 of the 4.

frick.

You should be glad. You know you won't win them, so just go ahead and concede them and try to win at home.

they'll be knocking on the top ten's door AFTER GAME TWO. unfortunately, their next six games includes michigan, michigan st, miami stanford byu and oklahoma. They finish up with USC. i say they drop four of those and then we get to hear why it wasnt thie Irish's year. Again.

I like Michigan being top 10. If this remains the same for other polls, Bama will dominate their asses in week 1 and move up to 1.

Honestly, since Bama is the returning BCS Champs, they return right around the same number of players as LSU, and they have the best recruiting class, they should be 1, but 3 is fine. We never dropped lower than 3 all season in 2011, so leggo!

I'm surprised Clemson's at #18. Even though they just worked, I still figured they'd be ranked higher.

I'm just wondering if they've (B1G) have ever dealt with a Meyer, one with a shark attitude to that degree. Not familiar enough to know, thought you might have an opinion on it. The 'gentleman's agreement' issue seemed to catch many of them as a surprise. In SEC land...that's the norm, no one could understand what the big deal was.

Somebody on the Movie board did a full synopsis with complete detail. I'll see if I can find it.
