The scenery was pretty much what I expected from a school in the middle of nowhere Texas. Northgate was a really cool area, my only con was most of the bars are 18 and up so you have to show your id at the door and every time you want a drink and you can't get two at a time without two ids. But most of the bars were really cheap, especially compared to Oxford. All of the people I met were really cool, I never ran in to the corps folk so I can't give an opinion on them but everyone I was with made fun of them. Chilifest was awesome and insanely tiring. I would encourage everyone to go to chili fest if you like Texas country. I'll post some pictures when I get back home tomorrow.
