I believe armed robbery in Alabama carries a mandatory 10 year sentence.

reminds me of that simpsons episode where sideshow bob beat mayor quimby in an election. Lisa says "I dont understand how a convicted felon could get so many votes......and another convicted felon could get so few!"

Yeah, this. I was in the "frick them...get rid of them...throw the book at them" camp. However, you do kind of take pause that this kid has made a very very bad decision that not only affects him, but so many of his loved ones as well.

Hopefully he has time to reflect and get his life in order and make somethinig out of what he has left.

Well, only one will be like this one. Whomever had the BB gun. The other one will get Robbery 2nd, and Mosely will likely skate (in a sense).

Ya think? I could see them plea dealing with Dakota since he didn't go in the house, but I'd think they're gonna make an example out of the three that went inside...especially the ones with guns.

They may take a plea so that they can get a more favorable sentence recommended by the DA to the judge. The overall sentence would still meet the minimum mandatory, but the actual time served could be reduced significantly. NBama can probably explain it better than I. This is more his world than mine.

Dyer's testimony made it sound like Mosley's bright idea.

Also, Mosley was involved in the casing of the trailer.
