I'm pretty sure he means that Cooper was leaving, not where he was going.
As far as replacements, I think Greg Jackson (former LSU S) is the DB's coach for the 49ers. He also coached at Wisconsin and Tulane.
I also noticed the Louisville guy was hired by Krags and kept on staff after Krags was fired.
