all these great recruits that have panned out were recruited by the old staff this new staff hasn't pulled in the quality athletes that the old staff has and doesn't recruit as hard imo

Other than the departure of JoeRob (replaced by McGaughey) and Crowton replaced with Krags, has our staff changed in the last 3 years?
