Born in Dallas, I am a reluctant Cowboy fan. The comedy of errors in never-ending. I know it will never happen but, CMON MAN....
Should he focus his money on making the Cotton a BCS?

He should focus his money on a nice retirement house somewhere far, far away from Dallas.

If you were a businessman and an owner of an NFL team, would you take that gamble?
Didn't think you had thought that one through.

Yes, trying to move one bowl game up the bowl ladder would be far more profitable for him than owning perhaps the most prominent NFL franchise. Geez.

5-6 years ago, it looked like if a bowl was poised to take the next step to BCS level, it was the Peach Bowl, and the Cotton Bowl was waaaayyyyy down the list. Since moving to JerryWorld and putting the kickoff in primetime, the Cotton is now the best non-BCS bowl game.

Compared to New Orleans, Pasadena, Miami, and Phoenix Dallas doesn't rank as a vacation spot in the middle of winter. Los Angeles has Disneyland and Hollywood. Phoenix has good weather in the winter.
What's there to do in Dallas? Tour the Texas Schoolbook depository and sites associated with the assassination?

He should sell the Cowboys and retire to Fayetteville. Everybody wins and we get his money.

Yes, but he's no good at being the decision-maker in Dallas.
He's a better promoter than a Owner/GM.

Too bad the stadium is in Dallas. Definitely doesn't have the appeal of Pasadena, Miami, Glendale, or N.O.
