Why in the hell would you line up in the shotgun formation on 4th and inches.
Miss St. did it against Ark. Now Baylor does it.

How is that even possible. Here's how you install a QB sneak.

This. I'm fairly certain that it was common knowledge that whenever it was 3rd and short it was really 3rd and Tebow. Everyone knew it was going to happen and yet it still worked most of the time.

lack of full-backs? idk, but you'd think Ms. St. had a short yardage package (you know, 2 TE, FB, TB, etc...). but i guess they don't.
short yardage playcalling is radically different than it was even 10 yrs. ago.
