We only had one overtime possession.. that means we reached the redzone twice during regulation, right? Even then.. over time = equal possessions, it counts. Our defense is so strong once the opponent crosses the 50 it's stupid.

I think he's saying the INT helped LSU get in the redzone.

LSU had the ball twice in overtime? Because if we have 3 drives into the redzone and, as you claim, only one happened in regulation then it stands to reason that LSU had the ball twice in OT.

Wait, we only had it once in OT and we got inside the 5 on that OT drive. Bama lost 10 yards. But as we know Bama clearly has the better defense and offense

And nobody scored a TD.

Almost more insulting for LSU.

brb can't punch a TD in with several chances from the 2.

OT is extra, not regulation, per se. Another time was the defense getting a turnover and taking it to the redzone, not the offense's doing. Offenses were equal going into the OT. Each got to the redzone once.

Dropped a TD and stepped out of bounds on an easy TD run. You're right though, shoulda scored at least 2 TDs on that D.

LSU D is underrated

But did Alabama not have help from turnovers too?

maybe if you guys made a few more field goals we would actually need to try in that situation for a td.

Not arguing that. You intimated Lsu's offense got them in the redzone 3 times.

They got them in the redzone, once in regulation. The defense got them there once. The acheived 5 yards to get them there in OT.

To be entirely honest I just looked at the stat and made the thread. I knew one of them was in OT

You'll almost never win a football game with only 1 redzone attempt though. Whether it comes from special teams play, defense, or offense.. you won't win.
