re: Arkansas Fans are Horrible!!!

If you had come by my camp, we would have given you whatever we had. Bad apples in every bunch. But AR has great fans just like everyone else in the SEC. I'm drinkingm, so hang with me.


Here is how I feel about our conference.
1. AR- Yes, we do have a bit of a complex b/c we had Nutt too long which provided us a with a lot of "almost!"
2. Having Frank Broyles as AD was good for donations but VERY poor as far as getting a great quality coach. From what I understand we turned down Jimmy Johnson TWICE.
3. We have to split our games between a dump and a pretty damn nice stadium sitting in the midst of a beautiful landscape.
4. We are in the toughest conference in America and it will take the best we have every game.
5. So far, we have had to rely on coaching to get us in the top tier. We did not have that until we landed Petrino (since Lou Holtz). Love him or hate him, the man coaches up.
6. Arkansas is small. We have to work harder to compete with you guys.
7. I love every team in the SEC except for Auburn and Florida but I still find myself feeling sorry for Florida this year and thinking it is bull shite that Oregon is ahead of AU in the polls.
8. I hate watching pretenders from other conferences ranked ahead of SEC schools (i.e. Boise State)
9. If it's not us...I want for it to be you! GO SEC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You ever notice that it is only losing fans only seem to complain about the host team's fans?

I have never seen a team come to BR and win, then complain about shitty fans.

I don't think it has anything to do with the win/loss. It's the fact that Arkansas fans were horrible after the game. I didn't have a problem with them before the game, but afterwards their egos blew up. By the shite they were talking, you would have thought they were going to the national championship game.

Auburn fans weren't nearly this terrible after they beat us. In fact, not one of them said anything negative towards us.

I went to Little Rock to the game this weekend and the Ar Fans were the most rude and mean people I have ever encountered. I feel that I was brain raped! They were dumb in all their actions and really treated LSU fans like we were terriorst. They called the hogs while we had a hurt player on the field. Real disrespectful! Any other encounters?
