This question is for the other west schools and Florida. LSU doesn't really have a rival considering the teams that are big rivals to us all have a true rival. how would LSU rank for example to auburn fans after bama? are we 2nd? is georgia ahead of us?

3rd, i suppose. Florida is sneaking into that spot pretty quick though.I don't know an alabama fan that doesn't hate Florida/Urban Meyer or some other relating factor to UF

I know I'm LSU too, but only Ole Miss considers us a primary rival. Because they have the Egg Bowl, I can't say we're clearly #1 with even the Black Bears. We may be a bunch of people's "second" - Auburn, Bama and Ole Miss. Heck, maybe even Arkansas because of the SEC-W and the "Boot". (Arkansas really loves to hate Ole Miss right now, too.)

As an Auburn fan I usually put LSU third behind Alabama and Georgia.

Bama
UF
UGA
LSU (would be higher if we played them every year)

bama really puts UF ahead of LSU?
seems a little short sighted.

SEC wise right now for Arkansas I would say:
1. Ole Miss
2. LSU
3. Auburn
4. Alabama
5. MSU
However, before the whole Nutt fiasco I would have said that LSU was #1.

Wow - see how perceptions differ? That's two Bama that have us 4th.
Bama is definitely our 2 or 3, I guess because we "lost" Tulane when they became soooooo bad. Old School guys still have Ole Miss really high, then Bama and Florida. Younger kids might have Auburn higher than any, and Ole Miss lower in priority.
It is interesting, though.
ETA: The continuing saga of Nick Saban may have Bama trumping all others for the time being...

I have respect for LSU and their fans. Except for the last couple of seasons with going overboard with the saban situation. I have zero respect for Florida or their trashy new money fans. I blame it on the vast majority of them being carpet baggers.

As the years go by the rivalry with Texas gets less and less with Hog fans. I would venture to say that any Hog fan under say 25 that isn't an Arkansas "legacy" probably could care less about Texas.

LSU by default; I only hate UT and Barn.

It definitely was but its hard to keep up the intensity when you only play two times a decade. We play Texas A&M yearly now so hopefully thay rivarly can heat back up but being down in Dallas the last two years it has seemed more friendly than a hatred of any kind.
