tweet from Forde says Bond is quoted as saying "I absolutely talked with Kenny Rogers, and there are phone records that will show that."

Didn't Rogers just say in his radio interview that he didn't talk to Bond, but he talked to Bell who he thinks talked to Bond? These effers need to get their effing story straight. It is driving me insane.

this is pretty damn big. I just hope half the sec doesn't get drug through it. Everyone already thinks we cheat, and hates us. Man i hope the conference doesn't get disbanded

Finebaum mentioned Bond had a child pass away this year. Gave me chills since I'm Bond's age and have a child.

I just listened to it and I am pretty sure he said he never spoke with Bond and that he called Bell and then he speculated that Bell called Bond. FWIW, Rogers seemed to be believable to me.

Bond said in the interview with 680am on 11/5 Actually there were 2 people in between us... "I hadn't heard from him in 28 years or the last time we played."
This story is getting so convoluted it's hard to tell who is telling the truth. By saying I "hadn't" heard from him rather than I haven't, it's hard to say if he meant until the point Rogers spoke to him, he hadn't heard from him in 28 years or he still has not heard from him in 28 years.
