According to Rivals.com

He was re-evaluated after a Rivals analyst watched the game between Fayetteville and Springdale Har-Ber, the team that 4* OT Brey Cook plays for.

"In nine games, he’s completed 145 of 221 passes for 2,128 yards, 26 touchdowns while having no interceptions. On the ground, Allen has 406 yards on 65 carries and 7 touchdowns.

"Allen, 6-2, 210, 4.6 has steadily increased his speed and has the capability to make things happen with his legs as well as his arm." - Richard Davenport, Fayetteville QB having remarkable year

Allen has since added 3 passing TDs with no interceptions, for a grand total of 37 TDs combined on the year.

He's a good one. Hog fans were right not to worry when Frazier committed to Auburn.

MSU commitment Dak Prescott has put up similar numbers and led his team to a 10-0 start and yet he still remains a 3 star Here are his stats Completed 109-of-179 for 1,816 yards and 26 touchdowns and two interceptions, has rushed 70 times for 751 yards and 15 touchdowns.

The only big difference I see is that Allen passes a little more while Prescott runs more and has more total TDs

Bump for the late morning crew. Dak seems like he's a pretty good QB.

Maybe Arkansas fans weren't so crazy when we said Allen was a legit QB despite his lack of offers....

Sure we are crazy in regards to other things but not this one.

Nice... glad to see that they re-evaluated him. He deserved it.

Just saw it pointed out that if Brandon is getting his 4th star today then there is a good chance he will jump in to the Rivals 250. They are doing that list today and supposedly doing the rest of the four stars tomorrow. Would be very cool if it is true.

Brandon Allen is now the #5 overall Pro Style QB and #168 in the Rivals 250.

Scary thing is that Austin is supposedly even better.

Is the possible lack of hush puppies factored in to this?
