We won't have to worry about QB for a long time.
Especially when we continue to get the best QB out of the state year and out when they are SEC caliber...

Also, the huge block at 2:47 is from Demetrius Dean, another 2011 commit

And that isn't against Ozark, Gravette, etc...

I see what you did.

Several of the WR commitments have commented about how good Allen is after catching passes from him during camps.

I take offense to that. I was in that conference and we got beat by them 42-0 fair and square. That was back in the Malzahn/Floyd days however. Gus was nice enough to put in the backups in the second quarter.

but according to Rivals his accuracy needs works with his 72% completion rate.

He's pretty salty. The team he is on isn't that great without him. He brings a lot to work with. Petrino should be able to turn him into a beast.
Tyler Wilson next year, with Brandon Mitchell hitting it close second, Allen redshirts.
We get back Dennis Johnson, and have a more experienced Knile Davis back, we should be good.

I dont disagree with you much wmr, but his brother is just as good and may end up being better.
Fayetteville is a pretty good all around team.

I'm sure she was a heck of a player for them while she was there.

that was a shot!
QB looks good. I dont understand why QB's dont choose Arky over every SEC school.

Well he is the the 5th highest rated QB commit in the SEC so its a start. Only Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Auburn have higher rated commits and they all have something good to sell right now just like Arkansas.
Georgia has a pretty solid QB to the NFL track record with Stafford right now. Florida and Alabama both have recent national championships to tout and Auburn has Gus Malzahn.
I think most high profile QB recruits would probably take a wait and see approach to Arkansas and see if Petrino can have success with a QB that wasn't the #1 rated QB coming out of high school. If we continue to have sustained success under Wilson then I imagine you will see us in on more high profile QB recruits outside of Arkansas.

His running ability was really surprising. He moves around well.
Looks like his accuracy is pretty good. I don't know what Rivals is looking at.

30 TDs, 5 INTs, 57% completion rating last year
24 TDs, 0 INTs this year (don't know his completion %)
takes snaps in shotgun AND under center
quick release
doesn't stare down receivers
willing and able runner
plays in the state's top classification and conference
coach's son
I don't know what they're looking at either. I've heard a rumor that a Rivals employee said that he had an accuracy problem (this was before this season started). I don't know if he had a bad day at a camp or what, but 6:1 TD/INT ratio does not indicate he has accuracy problems.... and he had a good 7-on-7 season too.
