While I agree with you to an extent, that is only if you hold everything equal. I think without Cam, we just put the ball in the hands of our running backs more and Trotter is a little better passer than a tired Newton. I think the dropoff is there, but not as bad as people make out.

You have to remember, we have an OC that makes adjustments for personnel and doesn't shoehorn players into a role they aren't built for.
