Toliver should be use to this. He dropped way too many passes last season for a seasoned and very highly touted WR. Let's hope he responds well and doesn't use it as an excuse. I agree with the idea that Miles needs the change of attitude also. I think he's doing a diservice to players by being too nice. Like with JL for example. I get tired of watching him pat the kid on the head after he throws an interception. He's not his mother, he's his coach.
