Are you on crack? It will cost very little to take the cartels down. You are suggesting that we say “oh well they are here to stay” so let’s start a don’t do drugs campaign and teach our public. You are part of the problem. The majority that uses common sense will be the cure.

There is no realistic cure. People are going to get high and you can't do a damn thing about it. You have to stop the demand and that won't ever happen. Cartels exist to feed that demand. You'd be better off killing the American users that created the cartels.
