Layer after layer of reasons why this will be thrown out on appeal.
Crooked judges are a threat to our justice system. He should be disbarred and tried for treason along with anyone involved in the prosecution of this election interference sham. They may not know it but a day of reconning is coming. The first year of Trump's presidency will be a roundup of traitors, illegals, threats to our democracy. It can't happen soon enough.

But it's the time, money and propaganda war that they are shooting for winning to some extent.
And this being NY, they don't actually care about justice. Look at what happened to Dexter Taylor. How long will he suffer while waiting on appeal?

Coincidentally, the judge is part of actively interfering in the 2024 election.
